Description

This is a triple-circuit infinite switch that controls the heat level of a surface burner element on an electric range or cooktop. It mounts behind the control panel and regulates power to the element based on the knob position. Replace this switch if the burner only heats on one setting, does not turn off, or fails to heat at all.

Checked elements and switch. It was a bad switch. Replaced switch, back to normal operation.

Left front triple burner would not turn on

Used troubleshooting from burner part Q&A on this site by ohming each burner, 73-74 ohms was the spec for each, but only 1 burner ohmed at 73-74 ohms, the others ohmed at 59 each. So I ordered the burner. Installed burner and still wasn’t repaired. I ordered the infinity triple switch, and it was finally fixed.
