Description

This ignitor switch controls spark generation to a gas burner so the burner lights when the control is operated. It replaces a failed switch to help restore reliable ignition and normal burner operation. What it does:

• Sends the spark signal to the burner ignition system when the control is activated.
• Helps restore ignition when burners fail to spark or do not light.
• Resolves symptoms such as no clicking/sparking, intermittent sparking, or a burner that won't ignite.
• Works as the electrical switch interface between the user control and the ignitor assembly.
