F New Franklin , OH May 15, 2020 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL RS 3004 Purchased whirlpool stove top 10 years ago/may 7 stove "popped" and tripped circuit breaker diagnosed bad "infinity switch" none available in NE OH. Contacted Appliance Parts Pros and your customer service rep was OUTSTANDING and walked me through your order process and told me ship date Monday the 11th and should receive new switch by COB Tuesday the 12th. Received switch by noon on the 12th and installed and cooked dinner at 4 PM. Your rep also recommended CERAMA BRYTE and based on her professionalism/courtesy I bought a container and my wife used it Wednesday morning in the kitchen sink/stove top and is very pleased/satisfied with performance.
