Description
This infinite switch controls heat output to an electric range surface burner, restoring variable temperature control for cooking. Replacing a worn or faulty burner control brings back smooth, stepless power adjustment at the cooktop. What it does:
- Regulates electrical power to a surface/top burner so you can set low-to-high heat levels.
- Re-establishes variable temperature control when a burner is stuck high, stuck low, or won't heat.
- Replaces a failing rotary control that clicks, won't change settings, or loses continuity.
- Works with the cooktop wiring and mounting used by the original burner control.
