They arrived in 1 day! The process to replace them was easy. Just remove the back cover of the stove. Find the ones not working, unplug them, plug in the new ones, and it's done. Peter C Ozark , AR April 30, 2026 Two rings/plates uncontrollable i e when turned on went to max temp immediately and stayed there I knew it would be (as I call it) a thermostat problem. Resorted to the internet, Youtube, to find out the placement and any hints at how to solve problem. Quickly found what I wanted to know. As demonstrated on several videos I removed back of cooker to find the offending parts, noted part numbers and went online to search for them. AppliancePartsPros.com proved to offer the best deal by far( even though still pretty expensive). I ordered parts and paid for them around 1pm on a Friday. They were delivered 8am Monday morning. Cooker was repaired by 9am after I had my morning coffee. It was a relatively easy fix, safe to do if following sensible precautions. Better than having to pay $85+ for a service tech.
