Description

This surface burner igniter switch mounts on the gas valve shaft and signals the spark module to ignite when you turn the knob. Replacing a worn or stuck switch restores consistent clicking and dependable lighting of the cooktop burners.

• Closes the ignition circuit as the knob is turned from OFF, triggering spark at the surface burners
• Typical symptoms: no spark/click at a burner, intermittent ignition, or continuous clicking when knobs are off
• Fits over the valve stem and connects to the spark harness
