Description

This water level switch monitors the washer's water height and tells the control when to stop filling. Replacing a faulty switch restores reliable fill control and helps prevent overfilling or improper wash cycles. What it does:

• Detects water level via air pressure from the tub and signals the control board to start/stop filling
• Stops filling when the correct water level is reached to prevent overfilling
• Can cause no-fill, overfill, or erratic water levels when failing
• May prevent the washer from advancing through cycles if the control does not receive a correct level signal
