Description

This push-button door switch detects the oven/microwave/dishwasher door state and lets the appliance respond—turning lights on or enabling cycles when the door is opened or closed. It replaces a worn or unresponsive door switch to restore normal door-sensing behavior. What it does:

• Acts as the door-position sensor so the appliance knows when the door is open or closed
• Restores interior light operation or door-interlock functions that fail when a switch is faulty
