Hugh S Cypress , TX June 12, 2014 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL WASHER Washer water lever selector (load size) broke Really a Zen story. I didn't want to pay a service call for something so simple, or so I thought. Surfing around, I found your site and a video on the specific repair. As usual with weekend worriers, I watched and thought, "It can't be as easy as they show, taking apart the washing machine, and all." What the heck, let's just see. Bingo, it was! Fast, easy, and above all, accurate. I ordered the part, called the video back up, and boom, I was done. The toughest part of the entire job was the look from my spouse when I pulled her appliance apart. Cheryl S Cypress , TX July 13, 2015 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL LARGE CAP.TOP LOADING WASHER,5 YRS.OLD Water level switch no longer worked Unplugged washer. Unscrewed top partly loose from washer and leaned it back. Unplugged small electric piece to switch and unplugged clear pressure hose. Inserted new switch, plugged electric knob back into new switch, reconnected pressure hose and then pulled washer top piece forward and screwed it back on. I did not put on new pressure hose as washer not too old. P.S. ordered from another company by mistake, they sent wrong part--a temp. switch, then they were going to resend correct switch and charge for level switch and they made you buy the pressure hose separately. You included it with switch. Your price was half as much as other company. Great product, great price. Will definitely order any appliance parts from your company again as needed.
