Whirlpool WP878009 Oven Igniter Switch (Spark) OEM Part

Have a good old Caloric stove/oven but the horizontal design left the knobs open to grease and water dripping downward into the control knobs. This fouled up the sparking of the oven and one burner on stove. also the front 2 deteriorated burners were allowing some flames to pass under the stovetop. However, as is often the case with the older models(like my 1991 Audi 100), if you can find the parts they can be fixed with one replaced here and there. APP fulfilled my order with excellent speed(like one day to my door) and reasonable price for the oven spark igniter. I always check with APP first when looking for parts for my appliances. My Appliance guy who is very knowledgeable installed the parts. all of the ones mentioned plus a screw in the broiler handle took with diagnosis, 1 hour and 30 minutes. He installed parts that i found online from two different locations. it took me another 1 & 1/2 hour to find and order the old parts. Team work is usually beneficial for these repairs.
