I went online to AppliancePartsPros.com and placed an order and of course got it wrong. The next morning I called and spoke to a very knowledgeable associate (Shaon) who canceled my order and placed a new order to give me just what I needed. It arrived in two days and today and in less than a week the project was finished. I was extremely happy with the customer service I got and the professional manner in which the problem was resolved.
