JEFF R Del Mar , CA January 24, 2017 Freezer and refrigerator not cooling Replaced the defrost heater from another model. It was the same heater with a different plug so I changed out the plug. Also changed the thermistor, thermostat, and defrost timer. I have been working on this for a few weeks testing each part. So far everything is working great. The defrost heater rates a 4, the other parts are between a 1 and 2.
