Description

This thermistor is a refrigerator temperature sensor that detects internal air temperature and sends that signal to the control board so the appliance can maintain proper cooling. Replaces a failed or intermittent sensor to restore accurate temperature control. What it does:

• Senses the refrigerator/freezer air temperature and converts it to an electrical signal for the control board
• Helps the control system cycle the compressor and fans for stable temperatures
