They charges me 25 dollars for the diagnosis quoted the repair at 240 dollars parts and labor. Since I am mechanically skilled, I reasoned that I could change the valve myself. I bought the part from AppliancePartsPros for about 140 including ground shipping.. I was stunned by the price and the overnight delivery offered by APP. Without leaving my home in LA, the part showed up as promised, absolutely fit perfectly and when the range was tested, the oven performed as designed.
