Greg T Boulder , MT March 23, 2014 The refrigerator was operating in an unusual manner. The freezer would get abnormally cold even when set at the warmest temp on the dial. Then the refrigeration area was too warm. I took the bottom tray out of the freezer and found the coils iced up severely. I was reasonably sure the defrost timer was the problem and your tech said that was a good possibility. Ordered and replaced timer. (15 minutes) Problem fixed!!! Saved purchasing a new fridge at big bucks. We live over 40 miles from a service center so the cost of having a tech come out is astronomical. Thanks!!!
