Mark P Wyandotte , MI April 08, 2015 Appliance: KitchenAid Direct-Drive Washer KAWS677EQ0 Washer did not get out all the water on the normal cycle but seemed to work fine on the other cycles I figured that the pump motor and everything else was working on the other cycles so it had to be a control problem. So I looked into a new timer. I checked with my nearby parts store and they told me it would take a week to 10 days to get. They normaly have any part in stock for anything I have ever needed and I could not believe it would take them this long to get. I checked with another parts store and was told the same thing. I went on line and found this site called and the lady told me they had it in stock and could ship today if ordered by 5pm. I ordered the part on a Wednesday and had the part at my door by 1pm on Friday. Also it was about 25.00 cheaper then the part stores wanted and I had the part much faster. Also the part was a OE Whirlpool part! Thanks Again! Great Job! Washer like new again!
