Replaced timer. timer arrived very quickly, before time noted on tracking. did notice, when pulled unit from box, it had been used or tried to be used in another application. one tab on left side looking down on timer was bent down. as soon as i tried to pull it up, it snapped off. no issue though, as this did not really affect the plug in harness at all. also noticed scrape marks on plug prongs. upon install, i noticed another prong broken off, it's one that helps hold the timer in place. i immediately notice a better fix for this. their was a mount hole for a screw. i simply put in a screw. this timer never had screws from the factory, relying solely on the plastic clips to hold it in place, thus, causing failure of the timer in another way, the timer being pushed and pulled in and out and causing the clips to stretch over time, eventually breaking. i've seen this problem with similar timers in my 30 years as an apartment maintenance tech. my particular problem, was the timer itself, just wore out, found the cross piece inside the timer, made of plastic, broken on one end causing the unit not to run by the mechanical timer motor, which is still operable.
all in all, very satisfied with the fast delivery and the product, but, the price is still off the wall. i did find a better price of more than $60 less than what i paid when i was looking into it a few months ago, but, found out when i decided to purchase a new timer, the place went out of business since then. i did not trust e-bay or amazon, as they did claim much cheaper than anyone for new and used timers, but, it's taking a chance and delivery is days or more than a week away.
