Ronald R P Crossville , TN November 25, 2016 Appliance: Maytag Top Loading Washer MAV4755AWW My washing machine would fill up but the agitator would not agitate After calling a few repair men and getting their input and up tp 6 different items that could cause the problem, I decided that it was the timer. I found the part I needed on Appliancepartspros.com I called and spoke to a customer service rep and was told that the timer has a 1 yr. warranty and to send it back if the problem was not the timer. I would only be responsible for shipping cost. It would be a lot cheaper than paying for a service charge from a repair man. I ordered the timer on a Sunday and had it in my hand Tuesday afternoon. great service. It took me time to figure out how to remove the only but it only took 15 minutes to replace the new one. The timer was the cause of the problem and I saved a bundle in cost by doing it myself. That you very much AppliancePartsPro.com for your help. Highly recommend them for your parts. Read More...
