Cesar R Belstville , MD January 29, 2016 Appliance: Maytag Washer- Horizontal Axis MAH4000AWW Our maytag neptune washer was stopping in mid cyle (regular or normal); did not go into spin Replaced the timer and now all is well. I ordered the part on 1/24/16 and on 1/26/16 received it and installed it. Tested the washer successfully in both Normal and Regular cycles. No issues were observed. I wanted to add that replacing the timer was very easy. It took me longer to open the panel than the actual replacement of the timer itself. I was very pleased with the ordering and delivery speed from AppliancePartPros. This was my second time that I called on them to supply me with parts. The first time it was for the lead dispenser and again that was an easy repair. Thank you. Lynn G Mariposa , CA April 11, 2016 Appliance: Maytag Washer- Horizontal Axis MAH4000AWW Timer did not go through the entire cycle Replaced timer. Very easy to do. Had some difficulty deciding which of two timers to order. Website said either would work on my model; however, it depends on the particular Series of washer that I own. Could not tell from the website exactly which timer was the correct one. I finally took the machine apart so I could copy down the timer part number. Once I had that, it was a straight forward order. Received the part in three days. Read More... 2 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers
