The website made it easy to find my model number and find the right part. The price was competitive (and far less than my local appliance shop's price). I ordered my part and got it in less than two days. I watched their instructional video. The washer in the video wasn't the same as mine but it was instructional and showed me what to do. I am pretty mechanically inclined, but have ZERO experience working on appliances. I changed the part out and was doing a load of laundry in just about ten minutes or so.
