Toni R Bronx , NY December 05, 2018 We thought the timer was broke because the buzzer sound it when my wife turned the knob for the timer Without checking the issue, I just ordered a new timer. The timer arrived but I never open the box. The previous day I went down to see what tools I was going to need so that when the timer came it would be an easy fix. When I pulled the know off, I noticed the knob plastic shaft was cracked so the knob was spinning and never turning the shaft timer. I glued it and put two ty wraps around it to prevent it from splitting it apart. Can I send the unopened timer back ?
