David F Calhoun , MO December 09, 2018 Appliance: Maytag Electric Dryer MEDX500BW0 Would not start I replaced the timer. The only problem was when I initially went to the web site and input the model number of my dryer the site told me that I needed the wrong timer that I ordered first time around, ordered on Saturday received it on Tuesday. When I saw that it was the wrong part I called Customer support and we discovered that the part number that I ordered the first time was incorrect and I was told that I had to pay a restocking fee which I don't feel is fair due to a glitch in your site. I placed the order and stated that I wanted to have the part by that Friday and I was willing to pay more for shipping, I was told that I should receive the part by Friday without paying extra. Ordered on Tuesday and received on the following Tuesday (4 days late).
