Decided to replace the 8303883 Assy, Control. When I applied power, found out that the touch screen (Assy, Switch) is not fully functioning. The off/cancel wouldn't work so. Tried to buy the ribbon but couldn't find one since it is a part of the Switch Assy. Ordered the black switch assy and finally have the oven fully operational. Ped B Azusa , CA February 13, 2016 Appliance: Whirlpool Built In Oven - Electric GBD307NKQ0 Panel light was dim and panel buttons were not working on double wall oven Ordered parts Monday night. Got parts Wednesday afternoon. I replaced the control board and the glass panel. If you label the wires, putting them back in the right place is easy. The door latch wasn't working right. I manually "closed" the latch with my fingers, then turned on the auto clean. The latch tightened.
