Wendy O Oro Valley , AZ July 08, 2016 Spray tower for whirlpool dishwasher found on heating element Ordered a new spray tower but did not know where/how to attach it! Handyman came over and - TO MY SURPRISE - the tower attached to the dish basket in the bottom of the dishwasher! I should have just contacted Appliance Parts customer service and saved some time, money, and embarassment! Erika R Saint Martinville , LA November 24, 2014 Pressure tower broke For almost 6 months we lodged this piece in place to make it work. Well it fell out a few times and finally fell on top of heating element and melted inside dishwasher. I had a sink full of dishes to wash and couldn't wait a week or 2 for our local repair shop to order the part and pay $54. I found this site which had part the cheapest and with awesome delivery. i ordered the part on Monday around 2pm and figured if it arrived by friday that would be good. Well i got shipping confirmation before 5pm Monday. The part arrived Wednesday as promised. Best service ever! Eduardo B Weston , FL April 05, 2015 Just moved to new house and the pressure tower of the dishwasher was missing alltogether After a little research on internet I found out the part was missing. (By placing a couple of cups facing up on top rack, I noticed water was not filling them!) also read about using a cup of vinegar every so often (3-4 times a year depending on water hardness in your area) to get rid of the hard water stains. The part was all that the washer needed. works like a charm now. Thanks!. Read More... 1 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
