Track parts are tight fit and you might have to use a slight force to engage pieces. They can break if not aligned correctly. Called customer service and spoke with Deborah A. (I do have her last name but will not use it here). Deborah took the time to look into what parts I really needed and within 2 days had the correct parts and my drawer back. Deborah was awesome and as nice as could be.
