Kevin M Red Wing , MN January 10, 2015 Dishwasher upper rack track fell apart plastic sleeves with ball bearings worn out and off Ordered replacement tracks. Shipment arrived within 2-3 days. No directions and video available only spoke of replacement of track stop, so of no assistance. No directions with tracks, just arrows on the parts. Already assembled with new plastics braces similar to what was inside washer wall holding permanent track on either side. Unsure at first whether I had to remove old plastic braces. No screw heads visible. Maneuvered existing tracks a bit and they came off fairly easily. Likewise removed new track assembly from new plastic braces and snapped assembly into old/existing plastic. Slid rack onto track through removable ends and done. Not bad at all, but some simple instructions would have helped.
