We just bought a house with a trash compactor and heard you need special bags for it

We measured and bought the right size bags. Now we just need to figure out what goes and doesn't go into a trash compactor and how to use it. Neither my husband nor I have ever had one or known anyone with one before.

Appliance: Whirlpool Electric Dryer WED5600VQ0

The auto moisture sensing setting would shut the dryer off after a minute or 2

I replaced the moisture sensor that goes in the drum. As soon as I saw it ,I knew that was not the problem. I haven't looked yet for the part that the sensor is connected to. That will be my next move when I get to it. You guys are great.
