Sara O Tinley Park , IL April 30, 2016 Appliance: Amana Self Cleaning Free Standing Gas Range AGR5835QDW Front outer oven glass door shattered I searched for the right part that I needed and tracked it down to AppliancePartsPros.Com. I did call and speak to someone in customer service about what would I do if I received the glass door broken, and was told that it is packed well and that shouldn't happen. If it should happen you can return it to us, no problem. Well, 2 days later(with regular shipping) the box was delivered to my doorstep. Upon opening, the glass door was fully intact, no damage whatsoever, hard to believe. I proceeded to wait until my family was done in the kitchen and started right away on my exciting new project. Checked you-tube a few times for backup and in just a short time my oven was fully repaired and functional. At my house if you break it you fix it.
