So I took the chance and ordered parts, still a little nervous about how this whole process was going to work. Joseph C Monongahela , PA November 23, 2019 Handle on electric range could not be tightened any longer I had two visits from a tech who finally found out it was not the handle that needed replacing but the grill that the handle attaches to. The one hole on the grill was stripped and could not allow a full tightening of the handle At this writing, the repairs will be completed this coming week. It was not a job I could do myself but required the expertise of a technician.
