Whirlpool WPW10183971 Door Shelf Trim OEM Part

I originally tried to order the part from Sears since I bought the fridge from them. I was promised the part in 2-3 weeks. When nothing appeared and I checked my order it said the part was not in stock. I called and reordered a substitute part and was promised it would arrive in another 3 weeks. When I received the part it arrived cracked in half. So I called them and told them it arrived damaged and please send me a new one. They reordered and it told me it would arrive in 10 days. When it did not arrive as promised, I checked my order online and saw it was back ordered and would not arrive until August! Well this was already a 2 month wait and now I was told it would take another 2 months? So I called Appliance Parts to find out if they could get me the part and was told the part was in stock and promised delivery in 2 days. They honored their promise and I got my part in one piece and it was almost half the price as well. I thank them for a fantastic job and will never order from Sears again.

Snapped it into place. Took 10 seconds. It's easy when you have the correct part. The replacement part was much better design.

Ordered the right part based on the model and part number.

Great, it fit but too expensive.

Removed old trays from the door and replaced with new ones. The only problem was the top one needed to be put in upside down.
