William M Wilmington , NY September 27, 2015 Appliance: Model MHWE550WWW01 Bearings were bad on front load washer sounded like a frieght train on the spin cycle Had to Replace the Rear Basket Half which included the Bearings. Took my time to make sure I did it right, but everything went smoothly and finished it in a few hours. Was a bit intimidated at first, but just started removing everything one step at a time and eventually had the basket removed. The paper you included which identified where to apply grease on the bearings and where not to apply grease was a handy tip. Thanks again, r/s Bill Meyer Read More... 7 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 2+ hours Tools: Adjustable Wrench, Nut Drivers, Pliers, Screwdrivers, Socket Set, Wrench Set
