Upper slides require removal of the stoppers, but this is easy task, just squeeze them and pull back. After replacing the basket, insert them back. Heating coil is a different story. After chasing Internet for the advise, I found instruction: Remove front bottom cover. Memorize the location of the end of the heating element Unplug the wires and undo the plastic nuts holding element from underneath of washer. Impossible! To replace heating coil you MUST (at least partially) slide the washer from under the counter. When you have access to the washer from the back, the task is easy as walk in the park. Remember to run washer without bottom cover, just to check for any leak.
