Jack H Oostburg , WI April 15, 2018 Appliance: KitchenAid Refrigerator, Bottom Mount KRFF300ESS01 Had difficulty keeping the "fresh & ready bin" in place as it would flop out every time the door was opened I thought the problem was in the bin itself so replaced the bin. When that did not correct the problem I ordered the "Utility Compartment" which holds the bin. That corrected the problem and took only seconds to install. If problem occurs again, I will either replace the "Compartment" first or both at the same time.
