Jimmy P Ooltewah , TN August 06, 2026 Leaking water inlet valve on a whirlpool under counter ice maker Got on your website and ordered a new water inlet valve . Total cost around $100. I watched your video and a you tube video befoe installing the valve. The valve inlet closet to the front of the machine had a round plastic tab which wouldn't let me push down to release the old valve. The round tab was facing the rear of the machine and it took me a while to discover it. I rotated it to the front and removed the tab with needle nose pliers. After that I could relase the tubing.
