Description

This water inlet valve controls water flow to the refrigerator's dispenser and ice maker so you get reliable filling and stop leaks when the original valve fails. Installs as a direct replacement to restore proper water flow. What it does:

• Controls water supply to the ice maker and door dispenser; solenoids open/close flow on demand.
• Stops water when the dispenser or ice maker is not calling for water.
• Common signs it needs replacement: no water from dispenser, slow or no ice production, continuous leaking or dripping, or the refrigerator runs but won't fill the ice mold.
• Helps prevent water damage by shutting off flow when the valve closes.
