Whirlpool WPW10175893 Refrigerator Water Inlet Valve OEM Part

I called AppliancePartsPros to find a replacement water inlet valve. They talked me through finding the clothes washer model number. Once the model number was located, the AppliancePartsPros person on the phone found the correct replacement valve. I received the valve 3-5 days after ordering. I downloaded the clothes washer repair manual and watched some YouTube videos regarding valve replacement. I followed the steps in the repair manual being careful to mark anything I had removed during the process. The valve replacement went great... I spent more time trying to get the washer "shell" reattached to the washer's back plate.. Once I got that together, tested the unit, and couldn't believe it worked! Thank you for excellent assistance!

After dealing with the defunct Sears Parts (as far as im concerned) I placed my new order with AppliancePartsPros and received a new Water Valve pretty quickly and installed it myself in about an hour. Turned the water on and plugged the washer in and hit it. Valve worked perfectly first time.

I installed the temperature switch/water fill valve and the problem was corrected. I did not have to use the flow meter or the valve.

Ordered a new one. It arrived, I slid it into place and it fit like a glove.
