David J Appleton , WI March 15, 2015 Heard intermittent grinding noise for maybe five seconds after it switched from fill to wash then later in cycles also Spun each of the three wash arms by hand. All could be made to touch/scrape but the top one was super wabbly. Ordered both the arm and clip. Repair took less than a minute. Used a screwdriver to pry loose one side of the old clip to remove. Guy H Williamsport , PA March 20, 2015 The lower and upper washer arms of my dishwasher had become corroded 1) Ordered the replacement arms. 2) They arrived in 48 hours. 3) unscrewed one nut and replaced the loser arm. 4) unlatched the upper arm and replaced it.
