William C J Des Moines , IA December 23, 2016 Appliance: Crosley Top Loading Washer CW20T6WC Water continued to drip into tub even when washer was off Went to the website and ordered the water valve kit after talking online with one of the tech support people (Samantha). She verified that I was ordering the correct part; very helpful. When the part arrived, it only took about 20 or so minutes to make the swap. Shut off the water supply, undo the hoses from the water valve on the washer, pop the lid. Two bolts, 4 electrical connections. Easy fix, easy to get to. After receiving new valve, turning the water off, and unplugging the power - I removed the hoses, labeled and removed the wires; then replaced the valve, hoses, and wires as before.
