Laura C Redding , CA December 26, 2015 Appliance: Whirlpool Washer WTW6800WW1 I was getting an f2 error code and was unable to use washing machine at all i needed to replace the console which has the transducer that was faulty The fix was easy, even for a grandmother like me. It to about 5 minutes and my machine was up and running, thanks to the help I received from AppliancePartsPros.com. I was able to purchase the correct part and fix my machine in 2 days. The transducer failed which is in the console. My start button tab had broken a few months ago but I was able to figure out a temporary work around, until the transducer failed. Fortunately the console contains the plastic part of the start button that had broken and the transduce. However, I didn't originally know this and the AppliancePartsPros parts specialist was able to help me determine exactly which part I needed. I emailed her a picture of the inside of the console and she promptly called me back and measured me of the proper part I needed. I placed my order online over the weekend and received my part on Tuesday and had my washer working in 5 minutes. Great service!! Read More...
