Description

The metering diaphragm assembly is used inside of small engine carburetors. The assembly regulates fuel flow into the carburetor so that the proper ratio of air and fuel is maintained at all times. The part is installed between the body of the carburetor and the fuel pump. In the event that the carburetor is chugging or the engine is not performing correctly, there could be an issue with the metering in this assembly that is affecting the fuel ratio.
