Type AB #8-18 x 5/8 inch thread-forming screw secures panels and components in appliances. Replace missing, stripped, or corroded fasteners.
This is a small mesh filter screen that fits inside the water inlet valve to catch sediment and debris from your household water supply before it enters the washer. It prevents mineral buildup and particles from clogging or damaging the valve internals. Replace this screen if your washer is filling slowly, not filling at all, or if the screen is visibly clogged, torn, or deteriorated.
