This oven felt seal fits around the door perimeter to cushion the door and help reduce heat loss. It restores the intended door clearance and soft contact between the oven door and frame for safer, quieter operation. What it does:

• Cushions the oven door edge to prevent metal-on-metal contact and reduce rattling
• Helps limit heat and smoke from escaping the oven cavity when the door closes
• Restores proper door clearance to prevent scraping or uneven sealing
• Commonly replaced when felt is worn, compressed, torn, or missing

• One oven felt seal as shown

• High-level replacement; remove the oven door or open hinge per your service manual before replacing the seal
• Work with the oven powered off and fully cooled; disconnect power for safety
• Press the felt into the channel or adhesive area; ensure even fit around the full perimeter
