Attached to the buttons, the control board's circuits allow for the temperature and timer to be adjusted on the oven.To replace the control board, first, make sure that the circuit breaker is off and the oven is unplugged. Pull out the oven to gain access to the back of the range. Locate the upper back panel and remove screws to expose the back of the control board. Pop out the old control board and take note of any wires that are connected. Unplug the wires from the old control board, and resecure them into the new part.
