Replace your dryer's timer dial if it's cracked, broken, or won't turn properly. This control dial mounts on the timer shaft to set drying cycles.
The dryer timer power resistor regulates electrical current to the timer motor in mechanical timer systems. Replace when the timer fails to advance properly, gets stuck in cycles, or the dryer runs continuously without stopping.
