This height adjuster knob is for lawn mowers. It attaches to the mower's height adjuster lever to adjust the lawn mower deck to the desired cutting height. Adjusting the lawn mower height ensures that the lawn is cut to the proper mowing height. The correct mowing height for a lawn depends on multiple factors, such as the type of grass species and the time of year. Height adjuster levers are typically made of metal, so the slightly rubberized height adjuster knob protects the operator during the adjustment process. The height adjuster knob's flat surface also prevents slippage during the adjustment process. The knob slides onto the lever and attaches without any clips, retainers, or screws. To remove the knob, pull it off. It might be challenging to remove. Due to the location of the height adjuster knob, wearing gloves is recommended when replacing the knob. This knob is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer, and it is sold individually. It is compatible with lawn mowers made by Craftsman, Husqvarna, Weed Eater, Poulan, and Murray.

This replacement part is an adjuster kit. This is a genuine replacement part made by Husqvarna. This part is commonly found in lawnmowers and is used to adjust the height of the blades. If the adjuster kit is not working the desired settings might not be achieved before using the appliance. A new adjuster kit might be needed if the user is unable to change the cutting height of the blades before using the machine, which can happen as a result of normal wear and tear with long term use. It is recommended that the user wear work gloves during this repair as this part is typically close to the blades of the machine and can cause injury. This part is sold individually and is sourced directly from the manufacturer. This is a genuine OEM replacement part to ensure proper fit long-lasting use.
This pinion gear is an essential part of the steering assembly as it translates the rotation of the steering shaft into vertical motion. The pinion gear travels along the drivetrain, which pushes the wheels either forward or backward, causing the mower to turn. Without a functioning pinion gear, the mower will no longer steer. A pinion gear's teeth can slowly wear away through repeated use, causing it to begin slipping. When this happens, the operator will no longer be able to turn their mower as effectively or possibly not at all. This can be dangerous for the operator and they should stop mowing immediately. With most push lawn mowers, the pinion gear is located inside the wheel well. To replace it, simply remove the wheel and mounting washer, pop off the retaining ring, and remove the pinion. Reassemble and test the forward motion of the wheel. This genuine replacement OEM part is compatible with a number of lawn mowers from Poulan, Jonsered, Husqvarna, and Weed Eater. It comes sourced from the original manufacturer and does not include any additional hardware.
