Steve for Model Number Bosch SHV46C03UC Hi. My dispenser has stopped opening on an older Bosch. I've read it may be an unreplacable control panel. Can you tell me what 'cycles' the washer goes through? I'm attempting to determine if I can just put the soap in the bottom of the machine before I run the wash.
Answer Steve, Bosch does not have a cycle chart available to determine at what cycle the unit is in at any given point. The door not opening could also be an issue of the units dispenser being faulty and you would have to check to see if the control is sending power to the dispenser to determine if it is the board or the dispenser.
