Tod for Model Number 3SCD302T The oven is taking far too long to come to bake temperature (35 minutes to get to 375°F). I ran self-cleaning and it appeared to do its job. Could this still just be a faulty bake element or is it more likely the control panel?
Answer Hello Tod, This is much more likely to be a Thermal Sensor Kit 00414152 out of tolerance. It is possible that the electronic control is mis-reading the information sent by the sensor, but since the sensor is in the bake compartment with the 900°F to 1100°F temperatures, it is suspect for a long pre-heat.
