Tom for Model Number SHU5312UC The dishwasher starts and drains momentarily. Then it fills with what seems to be the normal amount of water. It does make a slight sound somewhere between a whistle and a buzz while filling. The cycle completes and the dishwasher drains normally. The soap dispenser did open, but the inside of the dishwasher and the dishes are dry.
