Caren for Model Number SHU5315UC/U12 Hello, My dishwasher one day began making a loud noise and stopped getting the dishes clean. I notice some water coming out of the spinning arms but I don't believe the dishes ever get wet. It runs through the cycle and gets warm but the dishes don't even look like they have been even rinsed. It drains properly. The two biggest symptoms are noisy motor sound and dirty dishes. What do you think it could be? Thanks!
Answer Caren, You will want to check the filters in the unit to make sure that they are not dirty. Check to make sure that there is nothing caught in the circulation pump impeller which would cause this issue. Make sure that there is enough water getting into the unit.
