James for Model Number WDF320PAD40 I have removed the drain pump ( W10348265 ) because the washer would not drain. Panel lights - 1 Hour wash and -High temp light remained on prior to removal. Cancel and Start button would work and machine would not start. The resistance was 38 ohms taken on connection pins of drain pump after zeroing meter. My understanding is it should be 1.7 The drain pump turned manually with normal resistance. Did not ck power to pump prior to removal. Do you believe this drain valve is the problem and if so do you stock this drain valve.
Answer James, You would want to check to see if there is 120 vac to the drain pump and if there is then this will most likely be a drain pump issue but it sounds likely that the drain pump would not be getting power which would be a control board issue but also check the door switches since the unit is not turning on.
